Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We work quickly to process orders, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, we are unable to make changes. However, once your order arrives, you may return it for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, plus an additional business day for shipping.
Processing may take longer during holidays or sale periods.
Orders are not shipped on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Our prices are displayed tax-free in GBP. Depending on your location, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes upon delivery.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us right away with your order number and clear photos of the items received. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For credit/debit cards, please allow 7–10 business days after the returned item is received or the cancellation is confirmed.
If you haven’t seen the refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
